About the Project

The Set Premium Villas project, which we implemented in Antalya's rapidly developing Kepez district, combines the comfort of modern life with the aesthetics of luxury. As part of this turnkey renovation project, we created unique and functional living spaces where every detail has been meticulously considered.

One of the outstanding features of the project is the modern and spacious open-plan living room combined with the kitchen. At the center of the living room is a marble-textured wall and an elegant fireplace, which give the space a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Smart lighting solutions and a custom-made TV unit emphasize the modern style of the room, while comfortable soft furniture and a minimalist kitchen island provide both aesthetic and functional integrity.

We incorporated unusual details into the villa's interior design. For example, the children's room concept offers a unique atmosphere with an arched headboard that descends from the ceiling to the floor and is decorated with lighting elements. This original design not only enriches children's imagination but also adds a modern and playful touch to the room.

Additionally, the glass internal elevator, which provides a comfortable and elegant transition between the different floors of the villa, is another important element that combines aesthetics and functionality. The rustic textured walls around the elevator and the illuminated wooden steps create a unique look that harmoniously blends modern architecture with natural textures.
