About the Project
Villa Project is the complete renovation of a private villa with contemporary lines. Spatial layout, stonework, bespoke joinery and integrated lighting were all carried out in-house.
Light and material were the starting point of the design. How daylight entering through the large openings behaves on each surface determined the material choices directly: matte textures, the direction of the stone veining and the tone of the timber were all selected against this principle.
A continuous material language runs between the living area, the lounge and the master suite. Integrated lighting in the level transitions and niche details produces two distinct but consistent atmospheres, by day and by night.
The result is a villa that is calm, refined, and speaks through its materials.
