About the Project

Blue Waters Apartment is the complete renovation of a private residence on the seafront. From spatial layout and stonework to bespoke joinery and integrated lighting, every surface was resolved in-house.

The living area and kitchen were designed as a single open plan. The ring-shaped pendant at the centre of the lounge and the veined natural stone of the kitchen island give the space a calm but confident character. Linear ceiling lighting was positioned to follow the direction of daylight.

The lounge and master suite were designed around a single principle: the sea stays in view from every point. A neutral palette, natural textures and restrained metal details work together to add depth without competing with the view.

The result is a contemporary home that is understated, yet considered in every detail.
